4. ORDERS & RESERVATIONS

Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance . We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Custom Orders

For custom cakes, pastries, and bespoke confectionery, details must be provided accurately at the time of ordering . Once confirmed, custom orders may not be modified without our approval.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations on standard orders up to 48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery date. Please contact us directly to request a cancellation .

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

Pricing

All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated . Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of order.

Payment

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement 

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers

  • Payment details are processed through secure payment systems

6. DELIVERY & PICK-UP

Delivery

  • Delivery times are approximate and subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control) 

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details—we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information 

  • We are not liable for damage caused after delivery is completed 

Pick-Up

  • Orders not collected within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be discarded, and no refunds will be issued 

  • Please ensure you pick up your order promptly to maintain product quality

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  1. The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery 

  2. We have made an error in your order

Reporting Issues

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs) .

8. ALLERGENS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We take care to avoid cross-contamination, but our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:

  • Nuts and peanuts

  • Dairy

  • Gluten

  • Eggs

  • Soy
